During this time of uncertainty, we understand that many of you still need to order signage. Please read below regarding our holiday hours, lead times & customer service access:
We will be closing on Dec 24th and will reopen on Monday, Jan 4th. Any orders placed within this time frame will leave our facility the first full week of January (between the 4th to the 8th).
Our customer service agents are working from home at this time. The best method to contact us will be via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we do have the phones forwarded during business hours, we will have limited agents available to answer the phone lines. For faster service, please email us with your inquires.
We are currently running at half capacity in our production area to protect our employees and to practice social distancing. Our current lead times are 1-2 business days, but this will fluctuate with the number of incoming orders. For your protection, the staff members making and shipping your signs will be following CDC recommendations to protect themselves and you from COVID19.
Shipping Lead times and Expedited Order Info
If you select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Express Mail shipping, your order will get priority and go out within the 1 business day lead time. We will be putting orders that select one of these shipping options ahead of others. Any free shipping options will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Please be advised, USPS is experiencing national delivery delays and can take up to 3 or 4 weeks in some locations.
