MOST STOCK PRODUCTS Returns of stock product must be authorized by a customer sales representative. To obtain this authorization, please contact a customer service representative at 866-769-7446 with the reason for return as well as the purchase date. Stock products that are returned within 7 days of receipt will receive a refund minus the shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Orders returned without prior authorization will be refused and void the return eligibility for that product. (HAZMAT placards are made to order and are not stock items.)
CUSTOM PRODUCTS & HAZMAT Placards All sales of custom ordered products are final. Returns are accepted on custom orders on the rare occasion that there is a manufacturers defect in the material and must be authorized by a customer sales representative. We extensively test the materials on your order for quality prior to them being shipped to ensure you receive a magnetic sign product that meets or exceeds your expectations.
