Production Lead Times & Shipping Info

Free Shipping
Free shipping orders are usually sent via USPS First Class Mail. Both First Class Mail and Priority Mail packages are taking 7-14 business days in many locations across the US. For faster shipping, please select UPS at checkout. 

Customer Service
Some of our customer service agents are working from home at this time. The best method to contact us will be via email at info@wholesalemagneticsigns.com. For faster service, please email us with your inquires. 

Order Fulfillment 
While our current lead times are approximately 2-4 business days, we do expect this to fluctuate with the number of incoming orders. We will not guarantee shipping time frames for any orders at this time. We are starting to see supply chain issues with magnetic material. While we are currently stocked, these lead times are approximate. 

If there are any changes, we will post updates here, as needed.

ONGOING SHIPPING DELAYS
On orders shipping with free shipping option, we will ship the most cost effective way for our company. Often times, USPS First Class Mail is the cheapest method, especially if you order stickers. First Class Mail orders are taking anywhere from 7 business days to 14 business days, and some locations have even experienced longer wait times. USPS Priority Mail is also seeing some delays in many locations across the country.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
If you select a shipping upgrade, please take into account that this does not change the time it takes for us to make your order. We produce the signs in the order of which they are received. You will still have the production lead time, as well as the time in transit.  

On orders where customers pay for upgraded shipping methods, please also be aware that both UPS and USPS have suspended their delivery guarantees, and are not refunding shipments in their system if they arrive late. We will not refund any shipping costs on orders that arrive later than the anticipated delivery date.

While for most expedited services, they are running efficiently, there have been some instances where packages are delayed. If that happens, we will not refund any shipping charges, as it is outside of our control and they will not refund us for any late shipments.
